Tree Solutions Team: Principal Scott D. Baker is a Registered Consulting Arborist (#414) with the American Society of Consulting Arborists (A.S.C.A.) and a Certified Arborist (PN-0670A) under the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certification Program, with over 30 years experience in arboriculture. A successful developer of urban historic building renovations and a residential community, Scott utilizes knowledge of site management issues, building codes, site design, and construction. He is interested in furthering the use of science and technology in arboriculture, and he is in demand as a speaker and educator in tree diagnostics, tree preservation, and urban forest issues. Associate Ann Hirschi is a Certified Arborist (PN-5621A) and registered Architect with an AS degree in Landscape/Environmental Horticulture. With over 20 years experience in building design, she now applies her skills to sustainable landscape design, wetlands and natural area restoration, vegetation management planning, and sustainable urban forestry. Associate Sean Dugan is a Certified Arborist (PN-5459A) with a Master in Forest Resources and a B.S. in Environmental and Forest Biology. He has over 6 years experience in design and implementation of landscape plans, native plant restoration, and site inspection and evaluation. His graduate work focused in municipal tree ordinance evaluation.
